Returns and Refunds

Without our confirmation, please don\'t return or exchange any received merchandise because there are extra information that you need to follow.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back for an exchange.

You are required to email us within 2 days after received your order if you want to make an exchange. For all merchandise sold by any sale such as Warehouse sales and X\'mas and New Year Sales, don\'t have any refund and exchange.

Warranty Information
Asian movement watches come with a 30-day warranty, Swiss movement watches come with a 180-day warranty which is the suggested warranty from the manufacturer.

* Only manufacturer\'s defects are covered under the warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or general wear and tear. Make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so that water does not get in.

* If your watch has been tampered with, the warranty is immediately void. Do NOT open the back of the watch for any reason. This is a standard exclusion even on genuine watches.

* If the product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model.
